Bueno veo que todas estáis insistiendo en lo de la fruta. Pues bien, yo creo que de frutas voy bien servida porque entre el zumo que me bebo casi todos los día para desayunar + la piña al natural que le he añadido a las 4 ensaladas que he tomado en estos 8 días + 5 frutas (incluyo 2 de hoy) en diferentes días... Yo creo que comer como ¿no?
El tema ensaladas, creo que también voy bien ya que en estos 8 días he comido 4 veces...
Lo único que he comido menos son verduras, pero como puse en un comentario no he ido a hacer la compra hasta hoy...
Y por último también aclarar que mucha mucha hambre tampoco paso porque no soy una persona de comer mucha cantidad... Aunque todo el mundo se piensa que el estar gorda tiene relación con la cantidad de comida que ingieras pero para nada es así, en mi caso... Son muchos los factores que contribuyen a padecer sobrepeso. En mi caso ha sido el sedentarismo y el comer mal, comer porquerías... Con porquerías me refiero a comidas con elevado contenido calórico como por ejemplo: hamburguesas, patatas fritas, tortillas de patata, ensaladilla rusa, carnes varias con salsas a la pimienta, pizzas, pipas, coca-cola, patatillas, bollerías varias, y azúcar.
Todas esas porquerías las he suprimido y además voy al gimnasio.
Bueno, en definitiva, no creo que la haya hecho tan mal para ser la primera semana :)

Tema frutas y ensaladas, creo que ha sido Ani, la que ha hecho más incapié, por mi parte las ensaladas me encantan y de cansinas no son nada Ani, te las puedes preparr de mil formas diferentes como cualquier comida, al igual que la verdura.
Ahora justifico a Yoly en cuanto a la cantidad de comida, recuerdo en vacaciones que ella con menos cantidad saciaba el apetito, en comparación conmigo.
La eliminación de "Guarreridas" hace mucho, yo también lo he eliminado de lun. a viern. sáb. y dom. sólo las justas y si las puedo evitar mejor que mejor.
Una puntuación más solamente, pienso que el haber dejado la cortisona, algo también te habrá ayudado, pues creo recordar que las pastillas te inchaban bastante, y ahora habrás notado alivio también, no?
Para ser la primera semana está muy bién, yo con ayer hice dos semanas que me controlo las comidas y que hago ejercicio a diario, y lo que sí he notado ha sido sentirme mejor, pero de perder volumen, sigo en mis trece...
